How do we RSVP to the wedding?

Please contact Mark (403-625-1622) or Joy (403-404-1838) to confirm your attendance to either the wedding ceremony (for the invited guests) or the reception.

How do we get to the wedding ceremony?

For those invited to the ceremony: The ceremony begins at 11am, please arrive by 10:45am. It is 1.5hrs from Claresholm. Go West on the hwy 520 until you get to the hwy 22 (approx 46km on gravel roads). Turn south onto the hwy 22, continuing until you see the Maycroft sign (approx 20km). Turn right after the Maycroft bridge (Township Rd 100A). Continue for another 20km until you see the wedding signs in the Gap. We would recommend car pooling!

How do we get to the reception?

From Highway 2: The reception begins at 3:30pm for cocktail hour. Turn east at Pulteney (onto Township road 132). Continue for approx 7km until you get to range road 264. Turn north on 264, and continue for approx 2km, until you see the wedding signs at the end of the driveway. From hwy 520: Go east on the 520 until range road 264. Continue North on range road 264 for 8km, until you see the wedding signs at the end of the driveway. The reception is in the old barn. Please follow parking signs.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal/formal- dress up for us!. The ceremony itself is outside, and the October weather may vary, so please dress appropriately.

Dinner Buffet

The dinner buffet begins at 5:00pm and consists of: Meat (beef, chicken), Vegetables, Bread, Pasta If you have any dietary/ allergy restrictions, please reach out to Joy or Mark so they can request a separate meal.

How do we get home from the barn?

Please do not drink and drive. Arrange a designated driver for the evening. A Shuttle service from Claresholm Transportation Society will be operating from 10:30pm to 3am, and can drop off guests in town at their homes and outside of town. They will be waiting outside the reception venue!

Are children able to attend?

We kindly request this be an adult-only reception, unless otherwise specified on your invitation.
